Description

Thanks to the Apollo missions, the Speedmaster has become known as the “Moonwatch”, and its associations with NASA and space travel have largely overshadowed its original purpose as a sports timer. Fortunately, recent versions have returned the Speedy to its rightful heritage—the 2012 Racing collection brought a wonderful range of colourful chequered dials and sporty swagger to the series. But this particular edition is arguably even more special. Commemorating legendary F1 driver Michael Schumacher, it has Schumacher's signature and the watch's limited edition number engraved on the back. Schumacher holds the most World Championships (seven) of any driver in history.
